Yes i've met the new mizukage Riku and we made an treaty together so now we need assembly all kages together guickly before this out of line fast

I look at irou You know I am with you. If you knew my grand father from 300 years ago he would probably join too. Now whats the name of the group you wanna make. I ask Irou.
