Background story:
Irou reformed Akatsuki 350 years ago to create a world in his way.Irou encountered fierce foes and willing allies but even with the help of Madara Uchiha, Irou's goal feel short as he was defeated by the ninja world.With life threating Injuries,Irou found his older brother Yosuke Uchiha' grave with his sharingan eye's intact.Yosuke was the first one out of Irou's family to gain Mangekyo Sharingan.So Irou took the eyes and had them inplant in himself.After doing that Irou obatin Eternal Mangekyo and disappear from the world becoming a wander never agian getting evolved in the world's conflict.But when the ninjas of Konoha came to Irou and ask him to become Hokage, Irou excepted it and now is willing to protect his village

Ninjutsu Form In its Ninjutsu form, it is more or less the true "ultimate defense". Absolutely nothing can pass through it. It can bend to fit the shape of the user so that the user can move around freely and attack freely. It can only be used once a day by Ryun and twice a day by Irou.

Genjutsu Form In it's Genjutsu form, it is the Ultimate Sharingan Illusion. It traps the victim in a place similar to the Tsukuyomi Realm. The only difference is it is an illusion that cannot be broken. Also if it is cast on a clone of the victim, the real one is also engulfed in the Genjutsu. The user saps all remaining chakra from the victim and any jutsu the victim was using on him/herself is broken immediately. This genjutsu ultimately kills or leaves the victim mentally scared for life. It can be used three times a day by Ryun and six times by Irou. The funny thing about this jutsu is it can trap any victim in it as long even if the victim is protecting itself from jutsu or attacks.

This is one of irou's secret techniques. Irou suspends the enemy mind and then they notice that they are standing on a thin piece of land surrounded by bloody water. As they stare at the water, they see irou irou face reflecting everywhere in the water. Feeling hypnotized, the eyes of the irou opens and pulls the enemy into the water where they cant move and die instantly. The enemy also notices his/her body is bleeding from each hole that this is not in the illusion. The enemy dies from blood loss. This is a vital technique.

This technique allows the user to create gusts of fire chakra and concentrate them into a cyclone that the user can control, moving it around and setting everything in its path ablaze. This requires an adept amount of chakra, and causes a significant chakra drain depending on the size of the cyclone.

This technique sends out a fire blast, which takes form as a dragon. It sends out a fire breath after its target with great power

Dragon of the Darkness Flame
Type:SS
This technique involves irou creating dragons of fire from demon world using his demon energy to lure the flames to him and then releasing them in the direction of his target/enemy. The dragon cannot be controlled directly once released, however eventually Irou learns to absorb the dragon once it is stopped and thrown back at him. This puts him in a temporary super state where his offensive and defensive abilities, though it uses up a lot of his energy. As the series progresses, irou can use the dragon at will without seriously damaging his arm.


Name: Shunshin no Jutsu
Type: D-rank, Supplementary
high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it.

Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination

Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
Chidori is Kakashi Hatake's only original technique, though he now uses an S-ranked version known as the Lightning Blade. He created it around the time he was promoted to Jonin, and later taught it to Sasuke. This jutsu channels a large amount of chakra into the user's arm. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible to the naked eye. The technique actually alters the nature of the user's chakra, effectively converting it into electricity. As a side effect of the conversion process, the large amount of chakra, and the speed at which the user moves, this technique makes a loud noise similar to many birds chirping, hence the name (if the user is not in motion, it merely makes an electric crackling sound). Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and stabs their enemy with it. The amount of thrust combined with the large concentration of chakra allows the user to stab through almost anything; as such it is usually fatal to the enemy. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.


Amaterasu Execution 3: Pyro Field
Level: SS-Rank
The Pyro Field is the second strongest Ameterasu variation created by Irou. The move is simply a powered up state of the Ameterasu, but the flames are colorless. The light is also too bright, so anyone without a Mangekyo Sharingan will go blind. Irou prefers to not use this technique because of how much Chakra he has to use.

Named after the Shinto Moon god, Tsukuyomi is one of the most powerful genjutsu in existence. It is unique to the Uchiha clan and only those with the Mangekyo Sharingan can perform it. It is said to represent the "Spiritual World and Darkness" (精神界と闇, Seishinkai to Yami), the antipode to Amaterasu, a ninjutsu of similar power and fellow Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu, said to represent the "Material World and Light" (物質界と光, Busshitsukai to Hikari).

Tsukuyomi requires eye contact to be performed. When executed, the jutsu traps the target in an illusionary world that is completely controlled by the user. While it only takes a few seconds to complete in the real world, the user can make it seem as if days have passed for the target. Depending on the user's whim, they can either torture their target for days on end, or make them relive a traumatic event over and over. When the jutsu ends the resultant psychological trauma will render the target unable to fight for a while, and possibly suffer a complete mental breakdown. An example of this is Kakashi Hatake, who had to be hospitalized for quite some time after Itachi performed the Tsukuyomi on him.

A common feature of illusions created by Tsukuyomi is a red moon that casts a red light throughout the illusion, giving the background a blood-red appearance while the figures within the illusion are in a grayscale, inverted color. This feature is not present when Itachi uses Tsukuyomi against Sasuke Uchiha in Part II.

Such a powerful technique is not without its disadvantages, however. Due to of the complexity of the illusion and the quickness with which it is executed, an enormous amount of chakra is necessary to perform it. Though Kakashi says that Tsukuyomi cannot be escaped, Sasuke has been able to break out of Tsukuyomi by using his own Sharingan


Name: Amaterasu

Named after the Shinto Sun Goddess, Amaterasu is the highest level Fire Release and one of the most powerful ninjutsu in existence. It is said to represent the "Material World and Light" (物質界と光, Busshitsukai to Hikari), the antipode to Tsukuyomi, a genjutsu of similar power and fellow Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu, said to represent the "Spiritual World and Darkness" (精神界と闇, Seishinkai to Yami). Itachi Uchiha was the first person shown that he could use Amaterasu. He later gave the power to Sasuke Uchiha.

The jet-black flames of the Amaterasu are said to be as hot as the sun. The flames are extremely powerful, capable of burning through Jiraiya's Summoning: Toad Mouth Bind, which Jiraiya states to be fire resistant. Not surprisingly, it appears to use a large amount of chakra. Though stated in the data book to burn everything reflected on its retina, Zetsu also commented that the Amaterasu burns everything within Itachi's wide field of vision to cinders with an unholy black flame, to the degree of being able to burn an entire forest or village with it. It can even smother regular flames easily. Where ever the user focuses his eye on a object, the flames will appear at the exact spot without moving making it unavoidable as long as the user keeps his vision on the target. The flames are said to burn for seven days and seven nights, and cannot be extinguished with water, or any other normal methods. However, it can be extinguished by the user's alternate eye. Jiraiya managed to seal some Amaterasu flames with Fire Sealing Method.


The black flames of Amaterasu.During the battle between Itachi and Sasuke, after Sasuke escaped Tsukuyomi, all genjutsu between the brothers became pointless. Itachi was forced to shift from his most powerful genjutsu to his most powerful ninjutsu. As opposed to Tsukuyomi which originates in Itachi's left eye, the Amaterasu comes from his right eye. Although not shown in its entirety when used while escaping Jiraiya, in the battle with Sasuke, Itachi's eyes were strained to the point that he drew tears of blood while executing Amaterasu.

When Sasuke met Madara Uchiha, Itachi's Mangekyo Sharingan automatically used Amaterasu. Madara later explained that Itachi had implanted Amaterasu in Sasuke's eye to detonate upon seeing Madara's Sharingan. Sasuke uses his own Amaterasu while fighting Kirābī, but uses his left eye as opposed to Itachi using his right. Like Itachi's, his eyes begin to bleed as well. After Karin is accidentally hit with Amaterasu, Sasuke uses his right eye to suppress the flames, and does the same with Kirābī.

Susanoo is a technique that creates a spiritual being resembling a yamabushi. It wields the sacred Yata no Kagami (八咫鏡, Eight Span Mirror), a mirror that's considered one of the three sacred treasures capable of reflecting all attacks, as a shield in its left hand. In its right, the legendary Totsuka no Tsurugi (十拳剣, Ten Hands Long Sword), also known as the Sakenagi Longsword (酒刈太刀, Sakenagi no Tachi; Sake Cutter Longsword), is held. The Totsuka no Tsurugi, commonly sheathed in a sake jar held by a third hand growing from Susanoo's right forearm, is an ethereal weapon with an enchanted blade capable of sealing anything it pierces in an eternal dream-like illusion, and is described as the perfect counter to Orochimaru's Kusanagi Sword.[2] Like the Amaterasu, and Tsukuyomi, Susanoo is an ability of the Mangekyo Sharingan. Zetsu said that Susanoo's Totsuka Sword combined with the Yata mirror essentially makes Itachi invincible.

The Sword itself can be presumed as an extension added to the technique as Zetsu mentions that 'Where ever he (Orochimaru) searched he could never find it.'

Name: Lightning Release: Thunderstorm Rasengan
Type: S-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
Lightning Release: Thunderstorm Rasengan is a technique created by the Uzumaki Clan. The technique is created by creating the Rasengan and then adding Lightning chakra into it. When the technique is properly created, the Rasengan glows white and yellow and electricity shoots from it, looking very similar to the Hatake family's Raikri. These bolts of electricity do not harm the user. When it hits the target, the target is engulfed in lightning chakra. Most of the time the target is killed but if the target survives, they will have serious electrical burns all over their body. If the technique misses, an explosion will be created and lightning will shoot out in all directions.


Name: Crow Clone Technique

This jutsu appears to be similar to the Water Clone Technique, with the exception that after the clone has been destroyed the body will disperse into a flock of crows, which can continue to speak and maintain a physical form. The capabilities of the crow form is unknown. However, Irou was able to cast his Sharingan Genjutsu while in clone form, so it is likely no more limited than other such clone techniques

Name: Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique

After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air via their mouth and, utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally (as evidenced by Kakashi Hatake's ability to use the jutsu without burning his mask). The Uchiha clan uses the technique as a "coming of age" technique. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most Genin should not be able to do this technique.

Name: Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique
Type: B-rank, Offensive, Supplementary, All Ranges
The user to fires several large dragon-shaped fireballs at their opponent. The technique appears to require a lot of chakra to use, as Sasuke had to activate level two of his cursed seal to use the technique. It is able to alter localized weather conditions to the point of making thunder clouds when shot into the air, which Sasuke does to perform Kirin.

Name: Kirin
Type: S-rank, Offensive, Long Range (10m+)
Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique that strikes in the blink of an eye. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. However, the extreme preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.

To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above, drained even Sasuke of most of his chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, natural lightning can reach a temperature of 30,000 °C, so that even if it misses the target, the sizable blast will likely eliminate the enemy.
