Name: Fire Release: Roaring Flame Sphere
Type: Srank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
Ryu exhales a meteor-sized sphere of fire that carries the enemy away and causes a massive explosion on impact
Name: Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique
Type: C-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m)
After performing the necessary hand seals, Ryu inhales air via His mouth and, utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally (as evidenced by Kakashi Hatake's ability to use the jutsu without burning his mask). The Uchiha clan uses the technique as a "coming of age" technique. This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most Genin should not be able to do this technique
Wind Release: Rasengan
A-rank
An original jutsu created by Naruto, expanding on the original concept for the Rasengan: mixing one's chakra element with the Rasengan, emphasizing the combination of the highest forms of Shape Transformation and Nature Transformation. This task proved too difficult for the creator of the Rasengan, Minato Namikaze, and Kakashi Hatake. Yamato noted that adding one's chakra element with the Rasengan takes an incredible amount of skill, or rather natural talent or sense.
Naruto mixed his wind element with the Rasengan during his training, maintaining its original stability and increasing its power, far beyond that of his ordinary Rasengan. An example of the power that element manipulation adds to the Rasengan is shown when it is tested against Kakashi's standard Rasengan. The fact that it was only partially completed and still able to easily overpower Kakashi's Rasengan and damage his hand demonstrates just how far the Rasengan has been pushed when combined with element chakra.
To create it, Naruto needs the aid of two shadow clones and, in total, five hands to create it (his hand to release and spin the chakra, one clone to form the shell to maintain the sphere shape, and the other to mix the wind-natured chakra). The concept of a completed Wind Release: Rasengan would be the rotation and power of the Rasengan, and Naruto's wind-natured chakra condensed into a stable sphere.
Name: Shadow Clone Technique
Type: B-rank, Supplementary
Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.
Wind Release: Rasenshuriken
S-rank
The Wind Release: Rasenshuriken was created by Naruto after he had mastered the Wind Release: Rasengan. By manipulating the wind chakra of the Wind Release: Rasengan, Naruto was able to create four large points making the Rasengan appear as a giant shuriken, with the Rasengan in the center remaining a perfect sphere. The technique gives off a loud bell-like screech.
When the Rasenshuriken hits a target, the victim becomes trapped in a giant vortex of microscopic wind-blades that attack the body on a cellular level. It produces so many individual strikes that even Kakashi Hatake is unable to count them all with his Sharingan eye. The wind chakra severs the chakra and nerve channels in the body, and if the chakra circulatory system is damaged, it can't be repaired by any form of medical ninjutsu (in a manner similar to poison as stated by Tsunade).
Other than the damage done to his cells, Kakuzu's body was left intact after being struck with the initial version of the Rasenshuriken. After Naruto perfects the technique through use of senjutsu, the damage is greatly increased; not only is it capable of cutting through rock, but when the Human path is struck by it its body is ripped to shreds.
When Naruto first begins using the Rasenshuriken, it lacks stability and is prone to dissipating before it even reaches its target. For this reason Naruto must use it as a melee weapon and force it into the opponent, similar to the Great Ball Rasengan. This causes the damage done to the opponent to also be done to Naruto, breaking his arm and doing limited cellular damage to it after using it against Kakuzu. Through repeated use this would leave Naruto unable to use jutsu again, prompting Tsunade to label it as a kinjutsu.
When Naruto learns senjutsu, he encases the Rasenshuriken in chakra to maintain its shape. This allows him to throw it at opponents, removing the possibility of it damaging himself. He is also able to expand it after it has been thrown, compensating for imprecise aim or fleeing opponents by widening the area of effect.
Under his own power, Naruto is left very fatigued after use of the Rasenshuriken due to it needing great deals of chakra to be performed. While in Sage Mode he can use it twice in addition to a Rasenrengan, and can then enter Sage Mode again to restore his number of uses.
